Anne Parry
After graduating in Modern Languages from Cambridge University, I went to live in California where I discovered massage – and loved it! I trained originally in Swedish and Shiatsu, and then other courses including Seated Acupressure Massage with the Academy in 1994, at a time when my children were getting older and I wanted more work, but in a different environment. I started teaching in 2001 – for the Academy, the No Hands Massage Company, and more recently have developed my own courses including Tsuboki® Japanese Face Massage which I teach throughout the country. I currently run a clinic from my home in Binfield, and have several corporate clients for On Site Massage. As well as teaching peers, I run sessions on various complementary therapy subjects for the Local Education Authority. I have been teaching Baby Massage since 1983 and now run private classes and teach vulnerable mothers and children on a voluntary basis. I teach circle dance too occasionally. I love the variety of my work, and feel very lucky to do something I love and which allows me to manage my own time to do other things I love – walking and travelling.
