The Benefits To An Organisation
Especially when used as part of a broad, multi discipline approach, massage at work provides a valuable addition to any organisations Benefits and Health and Wellbeing strategies. Specifically, a massage service provides:
1. An immediate and tangible reduction in anxiety and other symptoms of stress in staff. As well as improving the performance of those at work, it makes absence from work due to stress related illness less likely.
2. An immediate reduction in muscular tension in the upper body. Regular massage also reduces the likelihood of muscular tension developing into more serious Musculo-skeletal conditions such as Repetitive Strain Injury and can help identify "at risk" staff.
3.Improved motivation of staff. The provision of a service that is highly visible, beneficial for health, enjoyable to receive and perceived as high value is extremely effective in motivating employees by making them feel valued and appreciated, especially where the service is funded or part funded by the organisation.
A Flexible Service
We appreciate that different organisations may want different things from a massage service. Our service is fully flexible in the following ways:
1. Length of Appointment per Employee
The length of appointments can be set at any duration from 5 minutes upwards. 15 minute, 20 minute and 30 minute appointments are generally the most popular but shorter sessions can work where the main aim is a motivational rather than a more individually therapeutic effect.
2. Regularity of Service
Our services can be used as a one off, as and when required or on a regular basis.
3. Contract Size
There is no minimum booking. Even Sole Proprietors can benefit from our service.
There is also no maximum. With a permanently staffed office and a data base of over 1,800 practitioners spread throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland we have the capability to meet any size of requirement, be it on a single or multi site basis.
4. Funding
Funding can be Organisation Funded, Shared Funding (in any proportion) or Voluntary (Employee Funded).
We can charge by the massage, by the hour or by the day or half day.
If you are not sure how a massage service would work best for your company we have the experience to help. Contact us by e mail or call us on 0118 927 2750.
Prices
Prices depend on all of the above variables. For an informal indication or a formal price quote please contact us by email or call us on 0118 927 2750
The Next Stage - A Meeting, Price Quote, Trial Massages and Presentation to Staff
A meeting is often useful to work out how the service would work best for your organisation and to discuss matters such as marketing to staff, administration and room requirements. If preferred, this can be done by telephone or e mail.
We will always provide as many demonstration massages (within reason) as you need to properly assess the quality of our practitioners and the impact of the service. This is at no cost to you and with no obligation.
If you would like us to, we can arrange a short presentation for your staff to explain about the service and its benefits. This is usually best carried out immediately prior to the demonstration massages.
To arrange any or all of these, email us or call on 0118 927 2750
