Klair Price

I initially trained in Pharmaceutical Sciences and began my working life in this industry. However, I soon realised that Complementary Therapies was where I wanted to be and was most suited.

After studying for a year to get a Diploma in Holistic Therapies, I went on to train in other therapies and expand my range of treatments.

At the beginning of 2005 I  trained with Academy of On Site Massage and immediately knew that this was where my passion was, providing a fantastic treatment to people where they are generally most stressed – at work!

Initially I worked for a number of On Site Massage Companies providing Massage in the workplace. By working in many different environments, from fast paced call centres to small quiet offices, as well as lots of exhibitions and events, I have built an understanding of the best way to incorporate therapies into the workplace.

As a result of the experience I gained, I set up my own On Site Massage Company, Therapies At Work.

My passion for Massage within Companies is immense and I was delighted when, in early 2011, I was invited to become a Tutor with Academy of On Site Masage. Perfect!

In order to become a Tutor I had to attain a recognised Teaching qualification and receive in house training to ensure the required high standards are met. This initially involved shadowing existing Tutors and then gradually teaching the various sections under the watchful eye of the Tutor for that course. In 2012 I became a fully fledged Tutor and haven't looked back since.

In addition to my Corporate work and teaching, I provide lectures to the Oxford University Medical Students.

Combined with a busy family life, I can honestly say I have a happy and fulfilling life :-)
